Chris is now 5! He had a wonderful birthday, twice. We had a family day on Tuesday. Chris decided he wanted Taco Bell, with a homemade cake. This past Saturday, he had his first real birthday party at the local bowling alley. What a treat! It was cute to see the 4-5 year olds learn that they have to share the lane and bowling balls with each other. Joe fully believes that all these new toys are his. As often as we try to tell Chris that Joe is just copying him, he gets annoyed to hear Joe say, "My toy!" Gotta love the onstart of the terrible two's - a month early!Nate has had the brackets placed on his lower teeth. The pulled teeth come out in two weeks. He was happy to learn that he was selected to do a stint on film - speaking the English portion of an interpretation. Although he has not acted on film before, apparently they liked what they saw.
Teri has been extremely busy at school. She is in Brownies and gymnastics, too.
The two younger boys love to play with each other and beat each other up. By the sounds of it, they are the next generation "Chipan'Andy"
Chip is trying to stay sane...not too easy in this household. Unfortunately, work has been crazy for me the past couple of weeks. I go to the field for a week at the end of the month and then for almost three in March. This will be the first time I will miss a child's birthday due to the job. I really can't complain, as many of my peers have missed multiple events. The one thing I have over my fellow guy officers is that I have yet to miss a child's birth - :)
Hope all is going well and God bless! Mona
